Noticable Difference Raikou's Clothing consists of black sleeveless top with large black gloves on that reach midway up the upper arm. upon his upper left arm is a tattoo of his family name in Japanese writings (安武). Raikou's Pants are a close resemblance to Human jeans, but made of silk. Raikou Has a Leather belt that is infused with devices made by squad 4. Raikou also has a Silk scarf that is also black and is wrapped around his shoulders, but exposing the upper arm.

• Raikou is an intellectual person and constructs blueprints of items during his time off.

• Although some call him a mad scientist, he isn't mad at all, because all science is mad in a way, but even Raikou has his mad moments, where he goes completely berserk for no reason.
  
• Whenever Raikou is working on blueprints or experiments and he is deep in thought, he will just say yes to anything people ask.
  
• Raikou has a demise for the other noble family's, this is because of his past. He will not fight them, but not help them, unless its for his safety or anothers
  

TMI?: Raikou's nickname by his family is Rai. He was born in 770 AD on the 13th of may. He is known as one of the few great minds of the soul society. Raikou loves book's and will collect any that his has not got.

A Bond That Can't Be Denied

Zanpakuto Spirit: Kisaki of Hekireki, Raikou's Spirit's name means Queen of thunder.
Kisaki is a reckless Zanpakuto spirit that is always barging in, although she loves fights. She can also be very loud, but hates being shouted at. the only way Raikou can control her is to battle once a week to satisfy her thirst for battle. Kisaki always thinks she is the boss, but her assertiveness shrivels in the face of Raikou, as he has the complete power. Kisaki's features is that she wears a Black type of cloth around her Chest and also around her waist. She also has wing that are white, yet beautiful. Raikou had to get his exact opposite didn't he, but he is grateful for his Spirit, as it is the little yang in his yin. Kisaki's features are that she is little in size and has long pinkish hair with Green eyes. Despite her looks she is hyperactive and annoying, but Raikou has learnt how to put these differences aside.




Inner World: The world which Kisaki resides in is a dark could tunnel, at first glance it looks like a normal cave, but this world is made of dark could and lighting that surges through it, firing anywhere it can. Although Kisaki is immune to the effects of the lighting, as she is always hovering above the clouds ground. This inner world has thick clouds, that not even enough pressure cannot pierce the bottom of the cloud, her world is a dungeon of cloud and lightning. The way out of his world is Kisaki opening up a hole beneath him.....



Sealed Zanpakuto: Raikou's sealed blade is a plain Zanpakuto, but has blue grip and plain hilt and a navy blue scabid. The engraving upon his guard, is of a dragon, this dragon represents the lightning's, ability to take anyone down. The dragon extends around the guard symbolising great power inside the blade.





Shikai Appearance : Engulf, Kisaki of Hekireki

When released, Raikou's body starts glowing a blue type of colour. This is Raikou's Ability, Lightning manipulation. This is then expanded out 3cm's from Raikou's body and is suspended there. The Lightning manipulation sound's like static when fired but when it collides with steel, it makes a loud thunder crack, In a overall appearance Raikou is covered in blue lightning, and yellow bolts of it shroud around it, creating lightning that jump's around Raikou's. Raikou's Reiatsu is represented by the blue, and his spirit's Reiatsu is coloured yellow.

Shikai Abilities: lightning Manipulation,

Raikou's ability is to manipulate lightning, this allows him to manipulate it to swirl around his body, cover his sword or even just point and fire the lightning from his hand or finger's. Although his lightning has an indirect line of attack, and so he can't aim it at a certain direction, it only jumps towards its closest object. Raikou's lightning would travel in an constant direction, until it strike's something. Raikou's lightning is a little out of control when it leaves his body, it will fly in the direction fired, but will not hit the same place twice.

Background:
So It Begins
Born into the noble Yasutake family, Raikou was brought up learning all sorts of noble teachings, History, Manners and Fighting skill's. Although through all of this, Raikou wanted to learn what was outside the boundary's of the house he lived in, his home was also his prison. As Raikou grew up, many of his own guards tried to assassinate him, Although he would have 4 close guards to protect him. At one time, Raikou was stricken by a sword, he was young at age but received little damage due to a book he had kept on him secretly. At this time his parents decided that because books saved his life that day, that as long as he kept his regular training, he would be able to read books from the human world, most of these books were science books. His Siblings were to annoy him while he read his books, although he would just hide on the roof anyway when ever they started to annoy him. Although little had changed throughout the years of reading books from the human world, Raikou had learned so much about it, and he was eager to explore more books in the human world. But, to achieve this goal of his, he was to join the gotei, and become a Shinigami. So he set out, wanting to become a Shinigami, his parent were so proud of his choice (Even though he was going to be sent there soon anyway).

So, to the Academy it is then

It was early morning when Raikou was to attend his first class, the day was gloomy and the sky was grey, rain fell from the sky and lightning roared throughout the sky. Raikou was excited for his first time out of the noble house, the guards wanted him to be protected in a carriage, but he had other plans. As soon as the gates opened, he bolted out of them, breathing in the fresh air and new smells of the world outside the household. After a bit of taking in the scenery, Raikou wanted to run as far away from the guards as possible. So Raikou ran, the guards swiftly were behind him as he darted between buildings and stores. Soon after a bit of running, Raikou had lost them and started to wander around the Rukon district. As he wandered, he looked up at the sky, and noticed the darkened clouds. Raikou was behind an old looking house when suddenly a bolt of lightning struck Raikou, placing him asleep.

and the worst dream goes to..

Raikou awoke inside a cloud, " What the... " Raikou said as he got up from his sleeping position. Raikou looked around at the cloud like tunnel, he saw light and knew that it could be a way out. Raikou ran towards it, panting as he had been running for it. After a quick assessment he realised that he was running in circles, the tunnel looped in and out. "Hello" a voice came from down the hall he had been around in. Raikou thought to himself that if he were to run down there again he would only end up back at the start. He concluded that he should just wait there for a bit before starting to run again, maybe the voice will get closer. " HELLO" The voice yelled into his ear, Raikou sat there not acknowledging the voice that was just yelled into his ear. "um, hello are you deaf?" asked the voice "no, im just not acknowledging you" replied Raikou. "you just did duh" said the voice in a sarcastic voice. Raikou looked annoyed, just 3 sentences and he was already annoyed by this person. Raikou turned his head to see a small female child wearing a Black type of cloth around her Chest and also around her waist. "So what your name" Asked Raikou. "Your's first" Said the small female. "Smart, well then im Raikou" He said as he turned to look at the light. "I already know that" said the small female. Raikou was about to open his mouth when the small female said "Guess my name". Raikou looked around then realised that he was inside his spiritual world, he was stunned that he didn't realise this before. Raikou survey the area, lightning started to shock around him as he thought, the small female stood there waiting impatiently. "well based on my name, your's would be Hekireki, am i right?" The small child stood there with her mouth open, it looked as if her mouth was about to drop off. Raikou turned to see the hilarious event and laughed. "Hekireki it is, full name Kisaki of Hekireki, your Zanpakuto spirit" said Hekireki as Raikou watched her try to present herself. Raikou patted her on the head and said "can i go back, ill miss my first day at the Academy" Raikou said smiling. "Ok fine then" said Hekireki as a hole opened beneath Raikou. Raikou started screaming as he thought he was going to die.

That was a nightmare, now to school

Raikou woke up in the alley that he had fallen asleep in, he noticed that a sword was in hand, and that it was giving off electricity. Raikou then hid the Sword inside his clothes as his Guards appeared. He was then escorted to the Academy by his guards, but on the way some bandits attacked, killed his guards and proceeded to attack him. it was not until Hekireki said hello that he realised that he had a sword inside his clothes. The bandits proceeded to cut Raikou up as he tried to dodge, "HELLO IM HERE YOU KNOW" yelled Hekireki as Raikou pulled his blade out of his clothes, it was a Zanpakuto. Raikou proceeded to attack the bandits and managed to put one down with his first swing. The other bandits then realised that they were outmatched, and ran away. Raikou headed towards the Academy, all cut up, but not bleeding much.

Overall time at the Academy

When Raikou first arrived, he was astounded to find tonnes of books, in a place called a library. he spent most of his school time reading in the library and no time studying.
When the academy told Raikou of the great library that the gotei possessed, Raikou light up like a flame. Raikou then spent his next 4 years studying in the Academy. Raikou was then told that he had passed the Academy and was allowed to proceed into the Gotei.

Roleplaying Sample:It was the middle of the day, the sky's were clear and the air was perfect. Raikou was in the human world patrolling for hollow subjects, but Raikou was just on top of a building 'leading' the team that was to capture a live hollow. He was actually just reading a book called 'maximum ride'. He found this book interesting and was reading it to Hekireki, as she was also interest in that type of book. "Wow we are reading a book while the squad we are leading are being beaten to a pulp by some hollow" Said Hekireki. Raikou raised his head and noticed that Hekireki was not lying. "And why didn't you tell me this in the first place" said Raikou in a irritated voice. "Because the book was good and i wanted to read it some more" Said Hekireki in an innocent voice. "Don't worry about it, its a good book" said Raikou as he began to stand. Raikou then sensed that there were only 3 squad member's remaining, Raikou then used Shunpo to make his way to the disaster.

By the time he got there the hollow was about to finish the final squad member off. Raikou then attacked the hollow without warning, bringing the his blade upon the hollows mask, the hollow flinched an then grabbed Raikou's leg and threw him over to the closest wall. The area was covered in blood, the last Squad member pulled up his arm to fight the hollow. The hollows mask was broken and many squad members were either unconscious or dead. "Come in Squad 3, requesting immediate medical assistance" Said Raikou through a hell butterfly. Nothing replied, Raikou picked himself up and raised his blade, the hollow was screaming in pain as the mask started to reform. "Well at least this will be a perfect specimen" Said Raikou to the final squad member. The squad member hung his head in shame as he realised that he was in squad 4. Then without hesitation, Raikou used his Shunpo and raised his blade sideways. "wait, remember the mission" said hekireki as Raikou pulled out the device. Raikou the activated the device and a big net appeared as it trapped the hollow. "That is the capturing device?" asked the last squad member with his mouth wide open. " Yep i seen it in a comic book, pretty cool huh" said Raikou smiling at the squad member.
