Noticable Difference

Always wearing a cloak, nothing is really known about her appearance. Her cloak is black, with a hood over her head hiding her face. She can't talk, and communicates with clicking noises and forming words on certain surfaces with her Reiatsu. The left half of her body is coated in metal, although hidden underneath her cloak. She's able to alter the form of the metal slightly by using her ability to change it's temperature.

Positive Traits

•Proud - Reina is very proud, being part of the Sakino clan has almost pushed this Trait onto her. She will not accept any help from outside, but will continue to chase her goal, even if it would lead to the depths of Hell. This would be considered as a bad trait as well, but she tends to think more of her goal than care about people helping her.

•Good listener - Reina understands emotions of other people, and can help people with their problems. She likes conversing with people who understand her, but when she doesn't like people, she won't even try to converse, but take her weapon straight away.

•Nice - Generally, Reina is very nice when around people of her clan, maybe a bit too nice sometimes. This could be considered negative as well, since she would do anything for her clan. That means ANYTHING, to the point of killing a friend if her Clan would want it. However, she is very nice to people she doesn't know, giving everyone an equal chance to get on her good side.

•Determined - Reina will never give up, and aims to be the strongest Quincy alive. This determination is what has been driving her her whole life, and it's the only reason she can put up with her body. If she didn't have the goal to be the strongest, she would probably have given up already long ago.

•Creative - Reina is very creative, and often comes with new ideas for various things. Although many times the ideas are worthless, she doesn't care and just starts thinking of a new idea. Reina also has a secret love for art, mostly paintings, but only she knows this.

Negative Traits

•Uncertain - Reina isn't really certain of her own abilities, because she has almost died once. Whenever her powers don't seem to have any effect, Reina starts to doubt herself greatly. Generally, she isn't really certain of herself, and with her look, it has become even worse, to the point of being a bit shy.

•Quick Anger - I would say "Don't make her mad", but that would almost be impossible. Whenever Reina gets really mad, she will stop at nothing to eliminate the source. Also, when someone would try to take off her hood for instance, she would get really angry.

•Self-Hate - Reina hates the fact that most of her body is made of metal. She doesn't like it, and won't allow anyone to see it. She hides herself with the cloak, and will let nothing and no one take it off. She's ashamed of herself very much.

•Guilt - Reina still carries the guilt that she has destroyed the human village, and almost killed herself. She often has nightmares about it. Whenever she thinks of the village or the kind doctor who helped her, she feels like crying. (Not that she's able to)

•Xenophobic (Menos Grande Complex) - After the incident, whenever she thought to see a Menos Grande, she would freeze up and not be able to do anything. While before, she would rush into battle to kill it, now she would rather run away, despite her pride. She hasn't told anyone about the incident yet, so no one knows this fear, but if she would come across one, she wouldn't be able to do anything.

TMI?: Reina likes art, talking to people she considers friends and her Clan. She doesn't like anyone meddling with her affairs, people who want to know too much, people who make her mad, and perverts. Reina's hobby is art. When not on a mission, she is usually found in the museum or in her room, looking at the various paintings in her room.

Everything Becomes Our Weapon

Mekkayu: Mekkyaku Dunkle Töt: Reina's cross actually isn't really a cross. It's a pendant that's merged with her mechanical left arm, looking something like four cogs joined together in a cross-like form. The cogs are pitch-black and each is about 10 centimeters big. These cogs are bound to eachother, but when activated they start to move. When channeling Reiatsu through them, they start moving and her arm starts to glow a bit before her Quincy Weapon is formed in her left hand.

Quincy Bow: The weapon she forms out of her Reiatsu looks like a Penlock Rifle. It's pitch-black, though it seems to shine. It fires bullets instead of the regular arrows, The projectile usually a bit smaller, but more precise. She is also able to manipulate the size of her rifle to some degree, effectively also manipulating the size and impact of the bullets fired. (Not neccesarily the power though) Usually, Reina holds the rifle in her left, mechanical, hand, because of the backlash of the gun.

Bow Abilities: Reina's bow can shoot bullets made of Reiatsu, inflicting the same amount of damage a regular Quincy Bow would inflict with a slightly smaller projectile. The rifle is also usable as a melee weapon, but not intended for such purpose, so it won't do much damage. The rifle is adjustable in size, as are the bullets. adjusting the size also changes the effect of a bullet, like how bigger bullets are more impact-related and smaller bullets are better in piercing armor than doing damage.

Unique ability: Temperature Manipulation: By manipulating the temperature around her, Reina can make her surroundings slightly warmer of colder, expressing her emotions like this often. On small scale, she is able to change the temperature of a material (like the metal on her arm) to make it liquid and harden it quickly, effectively changing it's shape to her will. She is also able to burn letters and such into several surfaces, conversing with it.

FLASHBACK

Background: It hurts...Hurts so much. It's all she could think, all she could say. She didn't dare to look at herself, afraid for what she would see. She tried to move something, anything, but as soon as she succeeded to move a finger, she felt a huge ripple of pain running through her body. The Menos Grande had hurt her more than she could ever imagine. Almost the whole left half of her body was destroyed. Only due to her superhuman-like body of a Quincy, she could still breathe. Her left arm, gone. Her left leg, lying a few metres further away. Her torso, full of scars and burn marks, a few holes here and there. Her face was covered with dirt, blood and more. Just lying there hurt her a lot, let alone trying to move.

Her eyes open, she could see the remains of what was first a small village. The place she was sent to, assigned to destroy the Hollow's gathering around the village. She didn't know the reason the Hollows gathered there, and she didn't care. The only thing she cared about was that she was able to destroy Hollows. However, she didn't expect to find a Menos Grande there. The proud person she was, she couldn't abandon her mission, so she continued destroying the Hollows. After a while, only the Menos was left, and it looked down at her, seeming like it laughed at her. She fired at it, she kept firing, but it didn't work. It was too strong. So, she decided to do the only thing she could, to activate her Letzte Stil. Giving up her powers for the village, she thought it would be a trade acceptible enough for her. Firing her last resort at the Menos, she destroyed it. But the power was too much to handle. She wasn't ready yet, so the Last Resort that saved her life would be the end of many others. Now, ended up in this messed-up state, she thought about her life, remembering that someone once said that at the edge of death, one's life would flash before their eyes.

Born in the Sakino Clan of the Quincy, Reina grew up to be proud of her family and herself, but most of all, her powers. She trained and trained, making sure she would live up to people's expectations. You see, it's not ofter a female Quincy is born in a high-class family, and part of the proud Sakino Clan. Feeling she had to prove herself constantly, to herself and to her family, she was determined to become one of the strongest Quincy alive. So, at the age of 12, she started to do secret missions for her family. Not many people knew of this, but many people had a hunch something was going on, since she was so strong, left for extended amounts of time, and returned home tired and scarred, but even stronger.

This continued on for a few years, every time the missions becoming more dangerous. Then, when she became 18, she was sent to a village a few miles to the east to investigate the strange appearance of Hollows. Convinced that she would only have to destroy some Hollows, she ran as fast as she could to finish up and go out. Maybe that nice guy at the restaurant would give her a discount because it was her birthday? It was possible. He at least seemed nice enough to do it, so why not hope for it? Before she knew it, she arrived at the village and the sight of the horde of Hollows made her train of thought stop immediately. There were like hundreds, no, thousands of Hollows, and even a Menos Grande!

Now, lying there, sapped of all her powers, amidst of the ruins of the villager she was supposed to protect, she closed her eyes and sighed. It seemed she wasn't as strong as she thought. It seemed she wasn't meant for this work. Wasn't meant to die because of her own power. Then suddenly, she heard footsteps heading towards her, or something like it. Her hearing wasn't optimal, but as she opened her eyes, she saw a man walking towards her. He seemed tired, as if he fought with something strong. She didn't know he had fought with the Hollows as well, and went towards her as she noticed her attack backfiring. He picked her up and dragged her away to something that she assumed to be his house. It was located a bit outside of the village, so it wasn't totally destroyed. Because she was moved, and she tried to take in her surroundings in the
rush of pain she was going through, she felt her eyes slowly closing, fatigue taking over her body and putting her into a rough sleep.

After she woke up, she noticed something was wrong. She was naked, and lying in a bed. Something cold was touching her body, but she couldn't see clearly for some reason. Slowly lifting her head, she felt a sting of pain in the back of her head. She looked over the bed, noticing her form under the sheets. Something wasn't right, didn't she see her arm torn off and her leg lying somewhere else? But still, they're attached. They're still there, although feeling a bit strange. Slowly moving up a bit and lifting the covers, she screamed at the sight showing. The left half of her torso was a dark-grey colour, just like her left arm and leg. She tried to move them, but had some difficulty doing so.Hearing her scream, the strange man from before walked into the room and looked at her questioningly. She looked at the metal on her body and he smiled, sitting down on the edge of the bed. Looking at her face (and not at her body, on purpose) he explained her condition. He told her that her attack that backfired destroyed her left arm and leg, and heavily injured her torso and face. If he would have been a few minutes later, he wouldn't have been able to save her. He replaced her missing body parts with bionic ones and coated the major wounds with metal, covering up half of her body. He didn't say anything about her face, but she knew it was the same there. She tried to ask him for a mirror but didn't succeed, as she could only produce clicking noises. She instead pointed to a mirror on a desk and he handed it to her, walking out of the room to leave her to handle with it herself. After a day the doctor returned to her with his own bow. Still as fatigued and hurt as she was, she didn't dare to get up. Looking at her, the man aimed his bow at her and smiled reassuringly, saying something like "getting your powers back" to her, before firing an arrow straight at her heart. Feeling the stab of pain, she slowly fell unconcious, grabbing her chest with her right hand.

After a few days, she woke up, only to notice a new attatchment to her arm. It was a small pendant looking like four cogs in cross-like formation. She smiled as she knew what it meant, it was her new Mekkyaku, and she got her powers back. The man gave her a scare, but now she remembered an old story her mother had told her when she was young. After another day, she was able to return home. Regretting the loss of the village, she reluctantly left the home of the man and went home. Arriving there, she noticed that her family didn't really care the village was destroyed. They only cared about the Menos Grande that supposedly appeared. Seeing her state, they quickly hid her and gave her a cloak to cover up her body. They didn't want anyone to know she was that injured, and a high-class family like that wouldn't like the bad attention. She complied and lived through life cloaked from then on, lucky they still wanted her in their family at all. Determined to still prove herself, she used the power she was born with to it's fullest. Learning to manipulate her arm, she learned to not only fight at long-range with her rifle, but also to keep herself kind of useful in close-range. THe pure power of a metal arm manipulated to a spike-like form could bring some damage to her enemies. Still sometimes thinking of the man that had helped her, she continued proving herself, and wished to meet him again to properly thank him.

Roleplaying Sample: (The fight against the Menos Grande)
Reina looked up, straining her neck as she looked at it's face. It was big, very big, and it looked at her. It seemed hungry, and mad. She had killed off all of the Hollows, and now only the Menos Grande was left. Jumping back a few times, she took distance of it as she shot at it a few times. Seeing her attacks had little to no effect on it, she groaned as she took her Seele Schneider and loaded it into her gun. The small cylinder was adjusted so that it would fit with her rifle, replacing the sword-like part with a part that would make it spin viciously and rapidly in mid-air. She would be able to cut the soul of it with it, even with her gun. Aiming at it's chain hole, she knew that it was it's weak point. If she could only shoot it there, it would definetly feel it. So, she took the shot. The bullet started to spin around and around, shooting through the air towards the Menos Grande. The bullet hit the Menos, but strange enough, it seemed to have no effect. Frowning, she looked at her left hand. The glove around it would give her the power to defeat it, but it was risky. She didn't know what kind of power it held, and she was a little bit afraid of losing her powers. Sighing, she closed her eyes and pulled on the rod on her glove, just as the Menos would start to gather energy for an attack. She felt the energy pouring through her, raising her rifle and running around the Menos, trying to evade it's Cero. While she was running, she adjusted her weapon so that it would continuously absorb Reiatsu and grow. Ending up right in front of the Menos, she aimed up at it's head and fired. Before she even felt the laser shoot out of the rifle, she knew something was wrong. The laser shot right up to the Menos, destroying it's head. As the Menos disappeared slowly, the laser kept firing. She couldn't stop the power flowing through her, slowly burning her from the inside. (And well, you know what happened next)

Greetings Quincy Sister, I'm not a pre-approval guy (for the most part) but to expedite your pre-approval process I have some important notes for you.

1: There are templates in the rules, read the rules thoroughly and you will find a link to the Quincy template which needs to be filled in. (I've never been a huge fan of the template stuff but that's how things are done here, go with the flow.)

2: Make sure that you note that your metal isn't any more durable than your flesh is, it's all based on your defense stat.

3: While it's not a big deal if you want to alter the size of your rifle, keep in mind that the power of your shots will be based on your Spirit stat, not on the size of the bullets (although smaller and larger bullets can possibly be interesting roleplay tools with the right partner.)

4: On that note, a Quincy isn't so much a SUPER HUMAN, as that they are beyond mundanes because of the stats. The toughest most badass person you could possibly natural encounter is on par with the weakest, most frail Quincy that is mature in their powers. Just how much more durable than normal people you are depends on your defense stat (and how much stronger depends on your strength.) You will be given GP when your application is approved with which to buy your stats and skills.

5: Your Seele Schneider 'bullet' type deal strikes me as a technique.

I'll note you won't actually fire any faster. You get two actions to use per turn, but a 'multi-tap' type technique (something I was actually considering for myself) could be something cool to look into later.

Regardless, I'm going to declare this pre-approved and push you through to the next stage.

Just one note: we usually frown upon name stealing here, but seeing as you've reversed the name and created a unique, unrelated character, I think I'll let it slide.

However, I need at least 1 paragraph (5 sentences) in every section, so if you'd expand your bow sections that would be excellent.
